I did it.

The ninety-nine. By myself. Complete with the oh-so-wretched jumping jacks.. [minus the 11 minute run still, but hey it's the small triumphs that matter right?] Also, did I tell you it was at 8pm? That is usually the point in my night where I'm ready to be in my pj's and relaxing.. just sayin' BUT I overcame the urge to veg out and watch tv... any longer..


Also, today I ate fairly healthy! :)
This was my lunch today. Salad with a bit of chicken on the top and veggies and water! :) Dinner was chicken and rice and I didn't eat too much even though I was starving from eating just veggies for lunch. Then after dinner.. and some tv. I worked out.

I'm hoping with more days like this I can get over this plateau that I am at right now. Wish me luck!

Goal weight: 165 lbs [by Christmas]
