Reminder

I haven't worked out for 4 days.. This is what I saw on Pinterest today from my lovely friend Faith and then again in her blog.


I'm not a quitter. I will keep going.

I've hit a plateau as far as my weight goes. I'm fluctuating a little bit, but I'm sticking around the same number of poundage. I'm not working out and every once in a while my diet sucks. I need to get back on the wagon again. TOMORROW. If you don't see a blog from me tomorrow, feel free to be incredibly disappointed.

I got your facebook message this morning.. and I LOVE that idea. weekly weigh in's where we keep each other accountable are a brilliant idea. and we should text each other to see if we've exercised. I know it seems like a pain or nagging.. but we have to do it! I love you, Liz!
