Speaking of my goal: I am going to more specifically lay out the plan for ya'll. I plan on reaching my goal weight [165 lbs] by CHRISTMAS! That's right. The plan is December 25, 2012. Hopefully the world doesn't end before we get there haha!
Also, I have a couple rewards in place for certain weight loss goals. They are both cheesy workout shirts [because what's better than that for a reward eh?] My two goals are 25 lbs lost and 50 lbs lost. When I finally reach my goal weight.. well that's a big reward in itself :) [if i think of a good reward for that, then I'll definitely let you know. AND when I reach my goals [and get the shirts to prove it] I'll post some progress pictures.
